SABRENT is not administering the Giveaway, selecting the winners, or paying the cost of shipping the prizes. Sponsor is responsible for administering the Giveaway and will pay standard shipping costs to the winners within the eligible geographic area.

Amazon is not a sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway. 3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions, and locations outside the United States are not eligible.

Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, visit the DemonWorks Giveaway product page, add the FREE giveaway entry product to your cart, and complete checkout. No purchase or payment is required. Each eligible completed giveaway order will receive a unique order number, which will serve as the entrant's identifier for the random drawing.

Each entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry during this Giveaway.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual, including entries using multiple email addresses or identities, may be disqualified.

No purchase is required.

Purchasing products or services from DemonWorks does not provide additional entries, preferential treatment, or better odds of winning.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

5. PRIZES

Each winner will receive one BLOWZER X6. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $139.98.

Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs to an eligible address within the 48 contiguous United States.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No cash alternative will be provided. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

Following the end of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will compile the unique order numbers associated with all eligible Giveaway entries and use a third-party random-selection tool to randomly select two (2) potential winners. Sponsor will match each randomly selected order number to the corresponding eligible entrant in Sponsor's order records.

Each potential winner will be selected separately.

The second winner will be selected from the remaining eligible order numbers after the first winning order number has been removed from the drawing pool. An entrant may win no more than one prize.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.

A potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

Sponsor may request reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to provide information reasonably required to award the prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate winner.

DemonWorks will never require a winner to pay a fee to claim a prize.

8. PRIZE CONDITION

Prizes will be awarded in the condition described on the Giveaway page.

Any product-specific warranty, if applicable, is subject to the terms provided by the product's manufacturer.

Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor makes no additional warranties or representations concerning the prize beyond those expressly stated on the Giveaway page.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

Information submitted during the free Giveaway checkout will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, and maintain records relating to the Giveaway. The unique order number generated through checkout will be used as the entrant's identifier in the random drawing.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to DemonWorks marketing emails.

Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to DemonWorks marketing communications using the optional marketing consent field provided on the entry form.

Choosing not to subscribe to marketing communications will not affect an entrant's eligibility or chances of winning.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that Sponsor reasonably determines are fraudulent, automated, submitted using false information, violate these Official Rules, or interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway and select winners from eligible entries received before the affected period.

Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise unsuccessful entries caused by technical failures or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.
